Referral Fee
McCormick Consulting Group (MCG) would like to continually establish and maintain referral relationships with real estate and business professionals.
We are looking to establish referral relationships with:
* Realtors
* Attorneys
* Accountants
* Title Companies
* Financial Planners
* Investment Advisors
* Mortgage Brokers
* Insurance Agents
* Business Owners
* Real Estate Investors
For each deal that is approved and funded through MCG, we will pay you 50% of all commissions earned. In order to qualify, the deal that you refer must be a minimum loan amount of $500k. The maximum loan amount that we will fund is $15M.
For those referral partners that are unable to accept compensation for providing referrals (regulatory restrictions), MCG will donate 50% of all commissions earned as a result of your referral, to the charity of your choice.
For those referral partners that are able to accept compensation for referrals, we will send you a Co-Broker Fee Agreement to sign guaranteeing your 50% commission. If your client has a deal that needs funding, contact us today!
